Isavela Return Policy

At Isavela, we are committed to providing premium compression garments and post-surgical products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery. Please review our return conditions, exceptions, and process below.

Return Conditions 

  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of receipt to qualify. 
  • Worn, altered, damaged, stained, washed, or odorous items will not be accepted.
  • All returns are subject to a 10% Restocking Fee.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

How to Submit a Return

1. Log in to your account on our website.

  • Click the profile icon in the store’s menu or go to our Returns Page.

  • Enter your email address, then click Continue.

  • Open the verification email sent from Isavela and copy the 6-digit verification code.

  • Go back to our website and enter the code to log in.

  • Locate your order and clic Request Return

2. Select the items you want to return and choose the reason for return. Add a note if needed.

3. Approval & Timeline: Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a Return Request Form. You must send your garments to us within 7 days of approval. If the package is not sent within this timeframe, your request will be denied automatically.

4. Prepare Package: Print and fill out the Return Request Form and place it inside your package.

5. Shipping: Purchase a shipping label from your preferred carrier and mail the package back to us.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at returns@isavela.com if you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item. Our team will assist you promptly. 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Biodermis products (Pro-Sil 4.25g, Pro-Sil 17g, Biocorneum, and Episof).
  • Lipo foam
  • RejûvaSil Silicone Scar Gel
  • Stabilizer bands
  • Abdominal binders
  • BBL pillow
  • Abdominal and lumbar boards
  • Final sale items.
  • 4XL and 5XL garments.
  • Gift cards.

Refunds and Inspection

  • Once your return is delivered, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method, minus shipping costs and the 10% restocking fee.
  • If your return does not meet our conditions, the item will be sent back to you via USPS.

Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend returning the item and making a new purchase separately.

Third-Party Purchases
If you purchased an Isavela garment through a third-party vendor, please contact them directly for their return policy.
