RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for eligible items. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping.

How to Start a Return

1. Log into your account on our website.
2. Click the profile icon or go to our Returns Page to submit a return request.
3. Enter your email address, check your inbox for a verification code, and log in.
4. Locate your order, select the item(s) you wish to return, choose a reason, and submit.
5. Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Request Form by email.
6. Print and include this form inside your package, and ship using a carrier of your choice.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
  • Worn, altered, stained, washed, or odorous items are not accepted.
  • Final sale items, Biodermis products, lipo foam, BBL pillows, abdominal boards, lumbar boards, Swiss Therapy eye masks, stabilizers, binders, 4XL/5XL garments, and gift cards. are non-returnable.
